Camera-Ready Submission
Authors are requested to upload the revised (camera-ready) manuscript through the Microsoft CMT portal after incorporating all reviewer comments.
- Address all reviewer observations and recommendations carefully.
- Follow IEEE formatting and conference submission guidelines: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates
- Keep similarity within conference limits: below 20% (excluding references) and below 30% (including references).
- AI-generated content in the final manuscript should be 0%.
- Upload the final paper to CMT only after successful IEEE PDF eXpress verification: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/Account/Login
PDF Instructions for Authors
a. Before Creating a PDF
Proofread your source manuscript thoroughly before PDF generation. Ensure no further revisions are required at this stage.
b. Creating Your PDF eXpress Account
- Visit and log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress portal.
First-time users:
- Create a new account.
- Enter Conference ID 71724X, your email address, and a password.
- Proceed as instructed. A confirmation will be shown and sent to your email.
Existing users: use your current login credentials and verify your contact details before proceeding.
c. Uploading and Checking Files
Dashboard: Select Create New Title after login to begin a new submission.
Upload: Enter your paper title, then upload either the PDF for validation or source files (Word/TeX archive) for conversion.
Review: Wait for the validation/conversion process to finish.
d. Approving and Submitting
Download: Download the verified IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF after successful validation.
Approve: Click Approve to submit the certified PDF to the conference editor.
Final publication is subject to full compliance with all conference publication and submission requirements.
IEEE Copyright Form
Authors must also complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form through the Microsoft CMT portal as part of the camera-ready workflow.
Please ensure this form is submitted accurately and within the deadline. Papers cannot be processed for publication without completed copyright formalities.
